Refund Eligibility
1. Service Contracts:
o Refunds for service contracts may be considered under the following circumstances:
– Project cancellation before work has commenced: Full refund of the deposit, minus any non-refundable fees.
– If work has commenced but is unsatisfactory or not as per the agreed specifications, we will review your claim and may issue a partial refund based on the work completed.
2. Materials:
o Refunds for purchased materials will be considered under these conditions:
– Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
– Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
– Custom-ordered materials are non-refundable.
Refund Process
1. Requesting a Refund:

o Provide your order number, details of the service or materials, and the reason for the refund request.
2. Evaluation:
o Our team will review your request and may schedule an inspection of the completed work if applicable.
o We aim to respond to refund requests within 5-7 business days.
3. Refund Issuance:
o If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
o Please note that we reserve the right to deduct any applicable fees for services rendered or materials used.
Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive damaged or defective materials, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
